This stencil can be used for embossing, embroidery and cutting but they don't cut in a machine only you cut it by hand. Also they are a great, relatively inexpensive way to add an embossed design to card, paper and embossing foils. This is known as dry embossing, this technique is simple to master using a lightbox, with the card or paper on top of the stencil . Brass stencils can be used with most die cutting and embossing machines on the market.
